AWS Logger Handler (#2)

It would be convenient to store logs centrally for installations in AWS CloudWatch (on per-cluster basis):

easier access
single point to analyse complete logs from within the cluster (especially helpful with stable stanza-id)

Dependency added a while back currently added documentation how to enable it (via logback)
