AWS Logger Handler (#2)

	wojciech.kapcia@tigase.net opened 4 years ago It would be convenient to store logs centrally for installations in AWS CloudWatch (on per-cluster basis): easier access single point to analyse complete logs from within the cluster (especially helpful with stable stanza-id)
