Add server Component not working (Admin UI) (#471)

Successfully disabled MUC component on the node my test user was connected to. Could not re-enable MUC using the admin UI.

Manage Active server Components Add Action does not function for new or disabled components.

Dialog does bring up component settings, but does not activate component.

I found few issues in adhoc script and in Admin UI implementation which made this script unusable and fixed them. Now I was able to properly add, configure and activate component.
