There was a race condition while closing the session and registering new one - it may happened that when those were executed in the same time the closing method would remove newly created XMPPSession from collection. Granted, a rare case but given particular timings it started to manifest after changes from #3511. I've added additional check which resolved this.

After last night run there were two failed bosh tests (same test, once in MySQL functional test and once Derby low-mem tests) so it looks like a random glitch hence I would consider this task as resolved.
