Further improvements to statistics (#740)

refactor StatRecord (currently it stores String object either way so we just as well use single generic object for all values) and tigase.stats.Statistics* (if applicable)
check tigase-monitor afterwards

Possibility use (akin to switch to slf4j for logging in #1211 )

Possibility use https://micrometer.io/ as a universal metrics facade (akin to switch to slf4j for logging in #1211 )
