This is main task which in subtasks contains work which should be done to improve EventBus

%kobit Please review following subtasks and let us know if we should proceed with implementaton. This changes are required for task #1601 to use EventBus in this case. I and %bmalkow think this changes would cleanup our code and will be useful also in future.

Looks good to me, one thing is missing. Please add estimated time for each task.
