I reverted it back to 7.1 because maybe Eric can complete all sub and related tasks before the 7.1 closure.

As sub/related tasks were assigned to Eric I'm assigning this one to him as well.

Due Date of the issue with sub-tasks is based on their due-dates (latests is used), hence please adjust those instead of modifying it directly in DB.

There is only one sub-task with due date of 2017-08-27 and I still cannot change due date. It hasn't updated on its own either.

It's linked to the #1657 - it's due date was switched ( Due date changed from 2016-08-31 to 2017-08-27 ) and now due-date of this one points to it's date ( Due date: 2017-08-27 ). Basically the latest date of any of the child/sub-task will be used for this one.
