Fixed issue but adding support for usage of this command from HTTP Admin UI

Works now, the table is presented nicely when box is checked. It looks like there is a need to keep that unchecked for HTTP API, any possibility we can integrate that table setting into the submit button or set it as a default enabled field? If not or if it's a lot of work we can close the issue.

It is not possible to know if user is executing this from Admin UI or from XMPP client so we cannot check it by default as most of XMPP clients do not support data returned in form of a table and there is possibility that this command was used to retrieve data by other automatic mechanism which due to this change would not work.

So for now let's keep is as it is - checkbox is labeled as required for UI.
