Projects/branches organised after release, TC is building everything again.

@andrzej.wojcik I assume we still should/want "flatten" the schema (as agreed before - to only keep schema file versions as far as "old-stable")? From what I saw this should be only done in server and pubsub. Considerg that you were working on pubsub (and mix) recently, would you mind doing it for pubsub repo?

removed TigUsers2Ver4Convert and TigTestAddUser - found no usages.

removed offline messages conversion

inlined all modifications/alteration of the schema
