Improve detection/refreshing of device-id lists (#11)

	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) opened 3 years ago Improve detection/refreshing of device-id lists as currently old lists are not removed on disconnection, but are only refresh via pep on reconnection (if the server will actually send any PEP notification).
	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 3 years ago Additionally, we should remove device-ids from the `devicelist` if there are no bundles for that. This will speed up sending messages and will reduce size of `devicelist`.
