Sure.IM should become a part of Tigase XMPP Server as it will be monitoring and management web interface for Tigase XMPP Server

I added presentation of version number of Sure.IM project on main login page (see footer).

I also added Sure.IM to packaging of Tigase XMPP Server, so it should be included as tigase-web-ui.war in jars directory of Tigase XMPP Server distribution build.

New (modified in #2104) version of Tigase HTTP API will take this war file (if it exists) and would deploy as http://localhost:8080/ui/

%wojtek: could you verify that I properly added Sure.IM to packaging of Tigase XMPP Server? As last time I added something to packaging something went wrong so now I would like to be sure it works ok.

File wasn't attached to the distribution. Rename artifact and fixed inclusion in archives.

%kobit currently this is only included in -dist-max packages, however - given that we are also dropping IzPack, it may be prudent to include this (and http api component as well) in basic packages?

Wojciech, yes, I agree. We want to have it in the basic configuration as well.
