fix: prevent duplicate image tags in Kill Bill deployment (#5)

This PR fixes an issue where duplicate image tags caused Helm deployment errors for Kill Bill.

Uses .Chart.AppVersion as the default image tag when no override is provided.
No other containers, volumes, or sidecars are modified in this PR.

All previously merged features like the inventory-checker sidecar, KAUI deployment, and volume mounts remain unchanged. Further optimizations can be done in follow-up PRs.

Commits were merged into target branch outside of this pull request
