Tigase relies on external IP for certain features, most important being stream-management (essential!) and see-other-host (less important as usage is lower). Currently tigase returns internal IP for stream-resume yielding client not being able to connect.
We should try to pass external ip of the node on which tigase-server service/deployment runs to tigase so proper external IP is returned.
