Latest nightly doesn't start web-setup (#19)

After starting latest nightly there is no web-setup, though tigase starts listening on port 8080. Most likely due to using jlink to create slimmed-down version

Actually it does work, but it took a very long time to start when using x86 emulation on MBP M1.
