I checked the change and I was wandering whether we shouldn't move all parameters/variables to be handled via ADDITIONAL_PARAMS (you had similar issue with DB_LOG_LEVEL. Could you also include information about additional variables (ADMIN_JID, ADMIN_PASSWORD) to the documentation (readme, docker hub)?

@wojtek I'll update documentation.

As for the switch to ADDITIONAL_PARAMS, we should move there all parameters which are not required, but required should be left as they are.

Moved ADDITIONAL_PARAMS in script; added information about ADMIN_JID, ADMIN_PASSWORD to readme.

Moved ROOT database credentials to ADDITIONAL_PARAMS as well (for 8.2.0 and nightly)
