It only helps with STUN, which nowadays is not enough. Adding TURN would be a significant effort and there are better, dedicated solution (coTURN) that can be deployed next to Tigase Server.

Ideally we should also have documentation mentioning coTURN (AFAIR we do but worth checking the status)
