Database connection is also used by JDBCSocks5Respository for keeping usage statistics.
To make this work with without any additional configuration I added DummySocks5Repository which allows component to work without storing usage statistics and without any database as well. Now DummyVerifier and DummySocks5Repository are used as defaults.

LimitsVerifier requires a correct DB setup which might cause problems for initial installation. And most people will not actually need limits verifier, therefore Dummy one should be a default.
