Move distribution release notes from tigase-server to tigase-server-distribution (#3)

	wojciech.kapcia@tigase.net opened 4 years ago Currently all release notes are handled in tigase-server, which doesn't make all that much sense. RN should be handled in tigase-server-distribution and component-release notes should be inlined during build.
