It was discovered that readthedocs has issues with our documentation configuration and is throwing errors. Those errors the were resolved for projects that were reporting error. |

Most of the projects had moved yaml files and updated path in the python config file solving documentation generation issues. |

Currently, changes in project and subproject repositories do not trigger documentation to be regenerated. We need to fix that to be able to publish our current documentation.
