Migrate versioning to year.month.bugfix (#13)

For the future we should:

rename tigase-server to tigase-server-core and rename tigase-server-distribution to tigase-server (and make it main repo) - it will ease providing distribution packages that quite often don't match tigase-server versions (there are changes in components but not in the main tigase-server)
switch from SemVer to year.month.bugfix versioning for tigase-server product (distribution package)
