I've changed implementation to base on database relational storage of parent-child relation than on data stored in configuration xml. This required some changes in ACS for PubSub to properly work in clustered mode, which was done as well. Keeping task in QA to make sure all works well. |

Current implementation of support for collections causes issues when more than one node is created (or configured to be child node) of some collection at the same time. In result in some cases it leads to only one of nodes being set as child not of parent collection while in configuration of both nodes it is set both belong to same parent collection.
