Setting PubSub repository size not working (#29)

When trying to use:

pubsub/pubsub-repo-pool-size[S]=8

number of established connections is always twice set value.

Fixed issue with releasing old connections and added support for setting pool size as int. I also added default value in getDefaults() result.
