Improve performance by avoiding excessive nodes loading from repository. (#129)

This is umbrella task with couple of ideas that we should incorporate (some overlap):

get rid of "root collection"
improve node caching and only cache those that are used
in disco#items utilise RSM and only return partial result
(possibly related with above) rework database structure (if possible!) to be able to get items in disco#items without having to parse complete node configuration
