I created clean install of PubSub Component on clean Tigase XMPP Server installation using PubSub Component from 3.0 revision and all was working fine. I was able to successfully create a node without any issues. I proceeded with instructions published at https://projects.tigase.org/projects/tigase-pubsub/wiki/REST_API
To use this API you need to deploy scripts implementing special REST API extension for PubSub Component from PubSub Component repository https://projects.tigase.org/projects/tigase-pubsub/repository/revisions/master/show/src/main/groovy/tigase/rest

It works with a standard PubSub call and ad-hoc commands via XMPP if called from Psi. I was unsuccessful calling it with REST API.
