Maybe with additional file repository (client uploads file to repo and send link to muc room)? But currently there is no protocol for it. |

I do not think there is anything in the MUC spec for any media sharing, except HTTP link inside the message to MUC. A Jingle extension might be a good direction to look at, but I do not think Jingle allows for media transfer to a group of users. |

There was XEP-0135 http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0135.html which was related to MUC and file sharing also in XEP-0065 http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0065.html there is example of opening SOCKS5 connection for MUC (see section 7. Use with Multi-User Chat). |

I have configured Tigase and enjoying it since than.I just want to know about rich content sharing (files). Does MUC component of tigase allow to share files in conference chat.
