I've found the cause of the issue and fixed it. Will upgrade tigase.org soon to verify that fix works properly. |

If option
tigase#presence_filteringis enabled then presences are not properly delivered locally and in the cluster node. Only some presences (local occupant presences which connected before you) are delivered while your presence is not broadcasted.
