Implement support for MongoDB to MUC component so we could have support for MongoDB in most commonly used components

I implemented HistoryProvider with support for MongoDB and adjusted MUC component to better work with autodiscovery of HistoryProvider based on repository URI. I also did initial testing of this implementation.

Implementation is complited and JUnit tests are created. I also tested this implementation manually in use from XMPP console.
