Nodes without permission to subscribe to are returned in disco#items (#41)

According to the MIX XEP:

Use disco#items to find the nodes associated with a channel. The MIX service MUST only return nodes that exist and that the user making the query has rights to subscribe to.

I've fixed and issue with not working subscribing to the node using update-subscription feature.
