Config field `Nodes Present` does not reflect existing PubSub nodes (#39)

Channel config field Nodes Present should reflect existing PubSub nodes (ie. allowed and banned when those node exist).

Currently, Tigase MIX accepts any value for field Nodes Present while it should create/delete PubSub nodes based on those values and it should modify config field values when related PubSub nodes are created/deleted.
