Implement support for XEP-0404: Mediated Information eXchange (MIX): JID Hidden Channels (#37)

We need support for this feature to be able to create MIX channels with hidden JIDs.

We need at least this part of the specification (JID Hidden mode) to be able to hide JIDs for some channels. Support for JID Maybe Visible mode would be a good add-on but it is not required for now.

I've implemented JID Hidden mode of XEP-0404 and committed changes for now to the new mix-37 branch as those changes are not tested yet nor covered with unit tests.
