Create MIX component documentation and publish it (#25)

We do have blog post about MIX (https://tigase.net/tigase-im-mix/) but it's more user-facing. It turns out that there is interest in MIX, but there is absolutely no guide how to configure it in the Tigase and users seems deterred.

Documentation was added and build steps as well but for some reason, it is not published.

Documentation is now available but it looks like it is not included in the XMPP server dist documentation. Could you check that?

From what I see it was included in the dist documentation (and it should be the same as the one published on docs.tigase.net).

The documentation looks OK, I corrected slightly the structure/levels (subsections were in the top section in main tigase-server documentation) and made some editorial corrections (some links weren't linkified).
