Convert MUC to MIX (#12)

(idea) It would be helpful to be able to convert MUC room to MIX channel. Some ideas that we talked today:

a bean within MIX component with access to both MUC and MIX repositories that would handle the conversion
at the minimum converting room configuration/description/members (maybe history)
marking MUC room as disabled (prevent connecting, inform user that it should join using new address - either as a subject or message)
