Deprecate tigase-message-archiving component (#86)

Considering #tigase/_server/server-core#1126 (Unify MAM and Offline Storage within server-core (#1126)) we should deprecate tigase-message-archiving component. If used it should print relevant information in the logs in 8.5.0 about upcomming changes.
