I've updated all database schemas. The only thing left is MongoDB but I need to think about the correct approach for it and it is not even adjusted to support stable identifiers. |

I suppose all is working OK now as we are using this schema for quite a while. |

In this task I've should review indexes on the database to ensure that we are using proper indexes after changes done to add support for MAM:2.
However, after reviewing indexes and performance, we've decided that primary key on the schema needs to be changed and that requires further schema adjustments.
