NPE when stamp in <delay/> is in wrong format (#18)

	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) opened 9 years ago When message to archive contains element with stamp attribute with value in wrong format, stamp is not properly set which leads to NPE and message not being properly archived. In case of bad format of stamp attribute current timestamp should be used.
	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 9 years ago Fixed in repository, next snapshot build should contain fix.
