Currently, Tigase HTTP File Upload component sends max-file-size letting clients know the maximal size of a file which can be accepted. However, at the same time, the file size is not limited and Tigase accepts upload of a larger files (than this property).

It would be good to enforce the limit if some "abusive" clients will appear.
