decodeContent suport (#71)

	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 6 years ago I've added support for retrieving HttpServletRequest instance and added documentation for that. I've added documentation for `decodeContent` as well. A new way for retrieval on `HttpServletRequest` is now used in update checker handler.
