Support for groups of ad-hoc implementing tigase.component.adhoc.AdHocCommand (#63)

Currently support for grouping commands in AdminUI is supported only for groovy ad-hoc scripts. Some ad-hocs implement tigase.component.adhoc.AdHocCommand however and it should be possible to specify group as well.

%kobit FYI: in newer version licence server commands in admin-ui will be under "Licence" group.
