Add HTTP API schema files to distribution package (#35)

Now we have new schema files for HTTP API for new HTTP File Upload component and we should add them to installer (web installer).

I think that it will be solved by unified schema loader from task #4941 but we can keep it to ensure that it was resolved.

Sounds good.

However I've adjusted a bit topic - please include all needed schema files in the distribution package and we can close this issue (as you've mentioned - installation will be handled differently).

I've checked and it looks like this is already done. I verified that it works properly.
