registration form allowing creating new user with associated address and protocol (address validation should be used);
address management form allowing adding new address and selecting protocol - should re-use ad-hoc with the same purpose (#1750);
password reset form requiring user to provide JID and either use default address associated with the account or require user to provide desired protocol and address (need to match any of the verified);
validation and reset endpoints;
Form should use some form of mechanism guarding against bots (e.g. captcha).
