Add service for DNS resolutions of BOSH/WebSocket connection URL for domain (#2)

We should add a service which will return list of BOSH and WebSocket URL which can be used to connect to servers for particular domain. This URLs should be resolved using DNS-TXT records or DNS-SRV records if DNS-TXT records for BOSH/WebSocket are not available.
