Error accessing Admin console when discovery request fails (#168)

When one of the discovery requests done to discover available components and their ad-hoc commands fails (ie. due to timeout), the Admin UI returns an error instead of returning the list of discovered commands.

The issue was resolved in branch tigase-http-api-2.4.x in version 2.4.1-SNAPSHOT. Just as in previous versions, discovery requests that failed (throw exceptions) are not found and replaced with responses without any items (null response packet).
