Can't change VHost configuration via Admin WebUI (#119)

It seems it's not possible to change VHost configuration via Admin WebUI. It works using regular ad-hoc via XMPP (so it's seems the problem lies in http-api).

It would be nice to have TTS-NG test for this.

This issue was caused by changes from server-1285 in ServerInfoVHostItemExtension and it will be solved by merging my proposed changes to tigase-server project.
