Extract distribution from tigase-server repository to separate repository (#983)

Distribution building should be moved to different repository and tigase-server should contain only server binaries and it's documentation, thus avoiding having components as dependencies.

extracted tigase-projects-parent with configuration common to all projects

rearranged tigase-server documentation layout and it's configuration and moved it to src/main/asciidoc

moved server module to root directory of tigase-server repository

Everything configured, build number based on all (tigase) build numbers from dependencies, distribution-builder moved to https://tigase.tech/projects/tigase-server-distribution/repository

After verification everything is correct after split.
