Urge to upgrade due to "security improvements" ( #6348 / #6725 )

Artur, I wrote release notes and included notice about urge to update the software to the most recent version - please review the post: https://tigase.net/blog-entry/tigase-xmpp-server-v714-released and let me know if anything needs adjusting or is it ok, and if so I'll also publish note on redmine.

I checked also stats from one of the cluster nodes and this is the split (old vs new):
