Improvements to Kernel documentation (#961)

Among other things:

Requirements for the bean (parameterless constructor, public getters/setters, etc).
parent in @Bean - what does it entail, does it require setting kernel and if not what will happen then.
note about where to use @Inject and what it requires.
polish javadocs

I've improved Tigase Kernel documentation but still need to work on JavaDoc.

I've improved javadoc for Tigase Kernel and I think that now this task is completed.

add example in main documentation about usage of getDefaultBeanClass(); (and it's utility, and point to it from javadoc)

"It is possible to export brans so they can be visible outside the first level of child kernels.": brans -> beans After correcting those can be closed.

Apart from that looks very good and serves as a easy and comprehensive guide to developing with Tigase Kernel.
