It would be nice to have support for pushing (selected) statistics to AWS CloudWatch.

This is somewhat related to #7055 and #7478.

As we migrated all our installations to AWS monitoring them with native solution would be handy. By exposing internal Tigase metrics (for example memory usage, which is not supported by CloudWatch natively) we could have:

alerts when resource usage crosses threshold;

configure auto-scaling groups to launch new instances if needed.
