For now I won't dismiss that possibility of hand, but please provide more details than just screenshot:

• which versions have you used (exact build)?
• was the installation correct?
• which options have you enabled?
• Have the server started correctly? Were you able to access basic http-api page (i.e. default landing page on port 8080)?
• were there any errors in the logs (especially after enabling debugging for http package)?
