Issue with logging configuration conversion from init.properties to DSL (#931)

	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) opened 6 years ago Logging configuration is not properly converted from `init.properties` file. Entries are converted to DSL style but values are not applied.
	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 6 years ago I've fixed the issue in such a way that it should recover settings from old versions in which properties for logging when incorrectly converted.
