Issue with logging configuration conversion from init.properties to DSL (#931)

Logging configuration is not properly converted from init.properties file. Entries are converted to DSL style but values are not applied.

I've fixed the issue in such a way that it should recover settings from old versions in which properties for logging when incorrectly converted.
