Admin script found but it has no command ID... (#901)

As a result of #6275 (5cbbf3a8) reformat some essential headers in script files were removed.

I've checked and script headers were removed in this single case as they were added inside license header.

In this script there was:

/* * license header * /* Script description AS:Description: AS:... */

I've readded them and checked that script is working fine.
