SSL certificate is not updated (#897)

	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) opened 7 years ago Once SSL certificate is uploaded to Tigase XMPP Server using ad-hoc command it is stored locally on the server but is not used until Tigase XMPP Server is restarted.
	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 7 years ago Cached value of `SSLContext` in `rootSslContextContainer` was not refreshed. I've fixed this issue and now Tigase XMPP Server properly uses newly uploaded SSL certificate without a restart.
