SSL certificate is not updated (#897)

Once SSL certificate is uploaded to Tigase XMPP Server using ad-hoc command it is stored locally on the server but is not used until Tigase XMPP Server is restarted.

Cached value of SSLContext in rootSslContextContainer was not refreshed. I've fixed this issue and now Tigase XMPP Server properly uses newly uploaded SSL certificate without a restart.
